WAYAK TOURS LTD hereinafter "Wayak" thanks you for visiting, hereinafter referred to as the "Site" of the hotel commercially known as Casa de Las Flores. By having access to it and using it, you agree to be fully bound to this Agreement of Terms and Conditions of Use, so we suggest you carefully review it, since it may be amended at any time by Wayak either totally or partially, without notice or liability. You may not use this site in any way if you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions.


Payment and Cancellation Policy

Hotel reservations require prepayment. The payment will be made through PayPal at the time of booking. Credit cards accepted include VISA and MASTERCARD. Your payment will be in the name of Wayak Tours SA de CV.

The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as the cost of access and booking.

You will manage with the property directly when it comes to any additional costs you generate during your stay.

Reservations will be guaranteed even if you arrive with a time delay, as long as the hotel is informed. For arrivals after 23:00hrs, the hotel must be previously informed.

The following cancellation policy applies once you have paid for your reservation:

  • - If you cancel the reservation within 7 days before your intended arrival date, we will refund the full amount paid.
  • - If you cancel the reservation from 7 days before the arrival date until 48 hours before your stay, it will be refunded, minus 1 night penalty.
  • - If you cancel the reservation less than 48 hours before the intended arrival date, there are no refunds.
  • - If the day of your arrival you don’t check-in before 23:00hrs and the hotel is not notified, your reservation will be canceled and no refund will proceed.

Refunds must be requested in writing no later than 15 days after the date of your intended stay at the hotel. Once this period has passed, no refunds will be made.

No refunds to credit cards other than those used for your booking will be applied. We may process refunds via wire transfer. In that case we will deduct any bank charges from the refundable amount. We will work to process refunds within 72 hours after receiving your request and information.

Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information and the availability of services is as promised, an error could occur. Once aware of any such incident, we will make every reasonable effort to inform you of the situation within 48 hours of your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and refund all monies paid, without implying, of course, no liability on your part.

Lodging and Prices

The Hotel will provide accommodation to the person under whose name the reservation ("lead passenger"), and the exact number of accompanying persons booked into each room. The lead passenger must be present at check-in, and all guests must show a currently valid ID.

Accommodation are usually made available from 15:00 on your day of arrival and check-out must be made no later than at 12:00hrs on the day of departure.

Rates are based on double occupation; extra guests must pay a fee.

The number of guests per room is limited to:

  • • 2 people in a rooms with a bed.
  • • 4 people in rooms with two beds.

Our rooms have no space for additional beds.

Children Policy

Children under 4 years of age: free of charge up to 2 per room sharing with two adults.

Cradles must be requested directly at the hotel and are subject to availability.

All children from 5 years of age are considered adults and pay extra person supplement, therefore they must always be booked as adults.


You agree to be bound by the following obligations, including without limitation:

  • - To make a purchase you must be over 18 years old and be purchasing for yourself and have the legal capacity to make the transaction.
  • - You warrant that all information you provide is true and accurate.
  • - You may not modify, copy, transmit, distribute, sell, display, license, or reproduce the Site or its contents in any way, except if you want to make copies for your personal and non-commercial purposes.
  • - The information and/or prices shown on this Site are updated occasionally, and therefore may have changed by the time you come to book your holiday.
  • - The rate for your booking is confirmed at the time of booking and payment: if offers, promotions or discounts are arranged on the dates for which you have booked and paid, you will not be able to claim any rate change.
  • - The Site is provided on the status and availability of your time of access. We accept no liability related to your ability to access or use the site at any time or for any interruption in that access or use or for any failure to complete any transaction. We do not guarantee that the Site is free from computer viruses or other properties that may cause loss or damage.


No contract will exist between you and WAYAK unless and until WAYAK accepts your reservation via and email confirming your reservation and communicating a unique confirmation code. Acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed effectively communicated to you for all purposes at the time WAYAK sends the email, regardless of whether you receive it or not.


WAYAK makes every effort to ensure that the information you exchange with us online, including personal information and your credit card, will be treated with all possible security to protect information sent between your browser and our systems.

Force Majeure

If as a result of Force Majeure WAYAK is obliged to curtail, alter or cancel a booking and/or any services agreed, the client shall not be entitled to claim compensation for any issue motivated by that restriction, alteration or cancellation. The term "Force Majeure" includes but is not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire and any other destruction of any accommodation booked, riots, acts of civil or international war, natural disasters, fires, exercise of municipal, legislative or military authority, strikes, industrial actions or any other reason beyond the control of WAYAK.


WAYAK reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. This agreement cannot be modified in any way without prior consultation and agreement with WAYAK.


These Terms of Use contain the entire agreement between the Customer and WAYAK and supersede any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject, and cannot be edited or modified unless expressly agreed in writing with WAYAK.


You acknowledge and agree that any dispute arising out of your visit to the Site or use of the services offered therein shall be submitted to the Federal District Courts.
